  • Great question and honestly one of the biggest reasons this sprint exists.
    Financial growth is just one layer of a one-person business. During the sprint we’ll look at the fuller spectrum of growth, which can include:

    • Creative growth: making work you’re proud of, not just work that pays the bills

    • Intellectual growth: thinking bigger, deepening your ideas, widening your references

    • Relational growth: building relationships, collaborators, and community around your work

    • Ecosystem growth: creating channels, experiences, and touchpoints that strengthen your world

    • Identity growth: stepping into the version of you that can hold the business you want

    Most people feel the tension (“I want to grow, but not that way”) without having language or structure for it.

    This sprint gives you the concepts, the space, and the tools to define what multi-dimensional growth looks like for you — and then build a strategy that enables you to bring it to life.

  • Sessions will be recorded and shared with everyone in the group the following day.

  • Beyond the 75-minute live session, plan for an additional 45–60 minutes to apply the exercises inside your Notion system. The goal is low-pressure but high clarity and traction.

  • You need to have a solid idea of what you offer (even if the services are not completely clear yet) and already have started working with clients. It’s not suitable for people starting from 0.

  • Yes! I’m absolutely not here to tell you not to utilise the tools we have available to us. I just don’t want your entire business to live or die at the hand of the IG algos so will help you build out a stronger ecosystem.
